Simply fill in your details on this form to enter the Let’s go! Bug Explorer Prize Draw.

Entries are free to anyone over 18 years old, one entry per household, and winners will be selected at random after the closing time at one minute to midnight on 14 September 2026. All the details are in the terms and conditions below.

To celebrate your adventure, you’re welcome to enter this free Prize Draw and be in with a chance to win one of 20 exciting prizes for budding entomologists.

One lucky winner and their family will win a family pass for a family of four and enjoy free entry to the Bug Parc, Lenwade for a whole year, and receive a Bug Explorer pack.

The next 19 lucky entrants to come up in the Prize Draw will win one children’s Bug Explorer pack each – packed with exciting goodies to help young explorers discover the fascinating world of insects and minibeasts.

Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Prize Draw Description
    The Let’s go! Bug Explorer Prize Draw offers entrants the chance to win either:
    One (1) annual pass for a family of four to Bug Parc Lenwade plus one children’s Bug Explorer pack: or
    One of nineteen (19) children’s Bug Explorer Packs.
  2. Promoter
    The Prize Draw is organised by Broadland District Council and South Norfolk Council (“the Councils”).
  3. Eligibility
    The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

One entry allowed per household.

Employees of Broadland District Council, South Norfolk Council, Bug Parc, Lenwade, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Immediate family includes parents, children, siblings, spouses, civil partners and those living in the same household.

  1. The Prizes
    The prizes consist of:

One annual pass for a family of four to Bug Parc, Lenwade plus one Children’s Bug Explorer Pack.
Nineteen (19) Children’s Bug Explorer Packs.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
The Bug Parc Annual Pass will be valid for 12 calendar months from 1 October 2026 or from the date supplied, if earlier than 1 October 2026.

  1. How to Enter
    To enter the Prize Draw, the participant must complete and submit the official online entry form accessible via the QR code displayed on Let’s go! Prize Draw posters. One poster will be placed along each of the self-guided Let’s go! walks found on the Let’s go! website.
    Only one entry per person is permitted.
    Only one entry per household is permitted.
  2. Information Required
    Entrants must provide:

Full name
Valid email address

The Councils reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent submissions.

  1. Prize Draw Period
    The Prize Draw is now open and closes at 23:59 on the 14.09.26 (one minute to midnight on 14 September 2026)
    Entries received after the closing date and time specified will not be included in the Prize Draw.
  2. The Prize Draw Process
    All valid and eligible entries received before the closing date will be assigned a unique entry number. Twenty (20) winners will be selected using a random number generator from the complete range of eligible entry numbers.

The twenty (20) winners will each receive a Children’s Bug Explorer Pack. The first winner drawn will also receive a Bug Parc Annual Pass for a family of four, in addition to their Children’s Bug Explorer Pack.

The Councils may also select a ranked list of reserve winners using the same process. The Councils will retain an appropriate record of the draw.

Eligibility will be verified after selection. If a selected entrant is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days of being contacted or declines the prize, the prize may be offered to the next eligible reserve winner.

  1. Winner Notification
    Winners will be contacted using the email address provided within 14 days of the Prize Draw closing date.
    If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, the Councils reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
  2. Prize Delivery
    Prize arrangements will be made directly with the winners.
    The Bug Parc Annual Pass is subject to Bug Parc’s normal admission terms and conditions.
  3. Publicity
    The Councils may request permission to use winners’ names, photographs and/or comments for promotional purposes relating to the Prize Draw and Let’s go!. Participation in publicity is voluntary.
  4. Data Protection
    Personal information provided as part of the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with the privacy policies of Broadland District Council and South Norfolk Council and will only be used for administering the Prize Draw unless further consent has been provided. All data submitted will be deleted no later than during 14.10.26  (14 October 2026).
  5. Liability
    The Councils accept no responsibility for:

Lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted entries.
Technical issues affecting entry submission.
The removal, damage or tampering of Prize Draw posters by third parties.
Any circumstances beyond their reasonable control that prevent or disrupt the prize draw.

  1. Disqualification
    The Councils reserve the right to disqualify any entry that:

Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Contains false information.
Uses automated entry methods.
Attempts to manipulate the prize draw in any way.

  1. Amendment or Cancellation
    The Councils reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
  2. Acceptance of Terms
    Entry into the Let’s go! Bug Explorer Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
